There is a fullscreen button in the bottom right, it can be a bit hard to see.

How to play:

Your goal is to get at far as possible, to move you burst by clicking the screen.

The further your mouse if from the character when you click, the faster you go.

You have a limited amount of bursts, and have to collect dice to get more bursts.
